The nurse said all of doctor didn’t available, I have to wait at last one hour. I said I really uncomfortable now. The nurse said she will help me deal with. A few minutes later. Another incoming call ring, after she said “Please hold on “ The nurse call me walk in the room . I really thanks for nurse. After see the doctor, the nurse reminded me take medicine on time. I made a follow up appointment next Tuesday.

She checks the schedule and says, “Please hold on for a moment.” Just then, an incoming call interrupts her. She quickly puts the call on hold, then turns back to the patient and says, “In that case, you might have to wait a little while. The doctor is finishing his lunch, but he’ll be available soon.”
The patient laughs and says, “Thanks for telling me!”
The receptionist reassures the patient, “You’re here during regular office hours, so once he’s done, he’ll see you soon.” After checking again, she says, “The soonest appointment is now open.”The patient responds, “Yes, I’ll take that!”
