Self-evaluation: Our quality of air become more and more bad.In order to solve the severe problem,we have some ideas.First, we can plant some tree which can absorb PM2.5 and another bad factors.For another,we can build some huge air cleaner which can purify the air so that people can’t breath in bad air and decrease the chance to get horrible disease,such as cancer. Self-evaluation: I saw a report about "skinny fat" and discuss with my friend Yumi. The article showed us that some people who look incredibly healthy on the outside can have the same medical issues as an obese person: type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and out-of-control blood sugar. We both remind ourselves that being healthy is more important than being skinny.
