I think we all need self-pity,because no one is perfect so sometimes we have to remind ourselves with it,but after that we have to cheer up and looking forward to the future
Life is not full of happiness, sometimes we might encountered difficulties and wanna give up ,however,we can look on the bright sight and change the way we think,maybe things can become better and we can overcome them.
I think, rather than lamenting that life is not easy every day, try every means to make life more beautiful and comfortable. Instead of beating yourself up every day, try to improve your ability to be good enough.
I think a person's life just only one time,we can't change the things that was already happened ,so don't waste the time to regret, just keep going do your best in your life.
Sometimes,we may feel depressed. We can cry, we can be upset. But we still need to cheer up .I think that everything will be solved.All we need to do is trust ourselves.
I remembered I broke up with my boyfriend three months ago. I was sorry about myself at that moment. Because I spent two years to pay lots of mental and physical efforts to that guy. Finally, I lost myself. I decided not to sad at all.I limit on self-pity. I know I need to move on even it’s still pain for me.
I think people tend to be self-pity when they confront some terribe things,so do I. But we can compare others' experiences or change our perspectives ,then you won't be so depressed.
It seems to me that everyone has different life. Everyone has different limit on self-pity. We surely can feel sorry for ourselves. But after the sorrow. We must keep moving on our lives. And not to critisize others life.
I think every person have self-pity. But we should be more confidence to face ourself. And let others know you are not a coword. If you feel self-pity just hide inside your heart.
Life will inevitably have setbacks. We can take a few minutes to feel sorry for yourself, but remember to wake up and start a new day. Look around us there are a lot of people suffering pain is still strong, just like the article in the same Morrie. Yesterday's sadness and happiness will pass, but today is just beginning.
I think it's impossible to always keep a good mood and not feel sad or feel sorry for yourself.Feeling disappointed is allowed in my opinion.However,you have to find a suitable way for you to get rid of the mood.
I heard some people besides me often talk about how terrible they are or how many things they can’t do. But actually they’re great on other things, I think they should be more positive on what they’re good at.
I think people should cherish their life and don't waste any time and live in a meaningful life.

In my opinion, we can have a self-pity but we still need to keep going. We can't stop and regret forever.
