A:The most special cuisine culture is 東泉. It’s a brand of chili sauce. We add it in everything like meat dumplings, fried dumpling, fried noodles, baked wheat cake. Many people think we eat fried noodles and pigs blood soup in mornings but my family and I eat them as lunch or dinner. Certainly, have 東泉 on the fried noodles.
B:I like to eat cicada pupa and hotteok when I live in Korea. Those’re snacks in traditional market. Hotteok is famous in the world because of Squid Game. Foreigner won’t eat cicada pupa when they visit Korea. I also have a soft spot for patjuk, porridge of Korea cuisine. We usually have it in winter.
