我很看重學生在上課的時候使用英文跟我互動，我也都會把每一位跟我互動的學生的名字紀錄下來。這一學期靜宜大學英文系學生一直舉手發言，反應非常熱烈，計分單都記到沒有空白處了，登記得我好暈........當然，感到很開心～
這學期到弘光科技大學授課的時候，常常發現學生已經事先把單槍、螢幕、燈光（配合投影）、電腦都預備好，甚至還將點名系統的網頁以及當日上課所需要的教師個人網站畫面開啟放置在桌面。有一次台灣大道修路大塞車，學生還事先傳訊息要我避開台灣大道。雖然學生白天要工作八個小時，已經很累了，但是還是很認真上課，也很認真完成老師每一次給的任務，還處處為我著想.....。真的，很感動。
我是老師，也是新手媽媽。我覺得我的孩子好可愛，我真的是好愛好愛她，愛她愛得當我看著我的學生的時候，我也不自覺覺得每個學生都是可愛的人，也想著他們都是爸爸媽媽阿公阿嬤的寶貝孩子。雖然我們的年紀沒有差非常多啦（真的啦！haha），但是看到學生就像看到我可愛的孩子一樣。
我很高興有學生跟我分享阿嬤種的荔枝，也有很多學生跟我分享他們在工作上的點滴（有在全家工作的，有在送早餐的，85度C的，區公所的，做壓克力板的，喫茶小舖的，麥當勞的，校輔室的，家樂幅的，幼稚園，小吃店的，五花馬的，有麵包師傅，有圖書館員，有賣魚的......）、家庭狀況、學習狀況。我很珍惜你們跟我的互動，也在乎你們跟我分享的一切。希望暑假有機會去看看你們。

This picture was taken during the winter vacation back in Tainan. It’s a block full of lanterns. To be honest, I think this place is pretty boring; although it’s seems quite beautiful in this picture. First, I didn’t go there by volunteer it’s because my friend keeps bothering me, so I compromised in the end. Second, when I arrive there, I found out this event holds in an alley and that alley is really short. You could finish the whole event less than five minutes. Last but not least, the whole event is surrounded with a temple. And I’m more like a Christian, so I didn’t get any interest with Taoism things. These are the reason why I think it is boring more than beautiful.

This picture was taken in a park two years ago, it was a daytime. As you see there are lot of trees and wooden house in the park. And we were standing in front of the fence. Two of us in this picture were holding a guitar and I was sitting on the Cajon. We all wore the same dark-blue clothes. This picture was taken as propaganda for our guitar club performance which was taken two years ago and it makes me reminisce the time I spent on the guitar club in senior high, it was such a special memory!

In 2019 summer, I was lucky to attend my son’s first international handball tournament. The photo was taken in Portugal. It’s a very ancient country and the beauty literally took my breath away.

I remembered there were about 8-10 games in one week. First 5 games were going well and smooth. Few days later some kids were not feeling good because the western food they didn’t really like and the days were long and nights were short.

In one game, TW team played against Brazil team. You could see the huge difference of height and body built from the two teams in the photo. Brazil team was simply too much and overwhelming for us. In the final, they faced each other again. My son’s team was this close to beat them. 

Although the champion belonged to Brzail, but everyone remembered the braveness and fearlessness of our boys facing any team, said the coach. It was a special experience and unforgettable event for me and my son.

My cat was very timid but agreeable. It hid under our couch when it first came to my home. After couple weeks, it became very energetic. It jumped on my legs and slept while I was doing my homework or studying. It often came next to me when I came from school. It would purr and started to stretch. After it found a well position, it would sleep in a very short time. When some unknown guests came to our home, it would hide itself in the third or forth floor and waited the guests leave. If I compulsorily hugged it down stair, it would escape from me and run away instantly.

In the photo, you can see my grandfather is cooking. He is an expert in cuisine. As the eldest son, he observed and learned about cooking skills since his childhood. For me, one anticipation of going to visit my grandparents is tasting the food my grandfather has prepared. I am a picky-eater; however, I can eat a lot when they treat me. The fish he pan-fries are slightly crispy and tender; the vegetables he stir-fries taste crunchy and tasty. In addition, his specialty--red braised pork also makes my family feel memorable. A street cleaner is on duty. A man wearing a light-yellow vest and jeans is sweeping the fallen leaves. The street cleaner usually shows up with a large yellow truck which is a giant garbage bag. After winter and autumn, there are more and more leaves accumulated on the ground, especially the groove between two separated islands. A street cleaner to a city as if a junk fish to a fish tank; they both play an irreplaceable role in their own world. Thanks to their efforts, we can have the clean lanes and a tidy environment. I want to describe the food in the middle of the picture. It’s my first time to ate ICHIRAN RAMEN, I wouldn’t forget the taste of the ramen. Specially, in this store I could customize the texture which I want. First, the soup tasted rich but not too strong that I didn’t need to drink too much water. Second, the meats tasted soft and tender which melted in my mouth. Third, the chili powder on the top of the ramen is the icing on the cake. It’s added the abundance of the soup. Finally, the spirit of the ramen which are the noodles. I could feel the noodles are hand-made because of ㄘㄛthe noodles tasted chewy and irresistible.

This picture is the first time when I experienced the snow and skiing. I and my family have been to Kobe ,Osaka in 2017. We went to the Rokko mountain. When we arrived there, we already felt freeze and everything would be unprecedented. We wore the coat, pant and shoes which the shopkeeper provided. It let us feel warm and safe. Although it is the first time we skied, we still did well. We enjoyed the marvelous scenery and just skied wherever we wanted. Not only ski but also make the snowball, we all felt interesting. I thought that the snowball is soft, but I was wrong. It’s a little bit tough and I ’ve felt hurt. Furthermore, we took many photos and try all kinds of poses. This photo is my favorite one because it was meaning for me.

Last semester, we went to Gao Mei elementary school to teach them English. It’s very interesting because none of us have experience of teaching kids in person. Before we started the lesson, the senior had taught us the rules and we need to prepare the ppt. At first, everyone is nervous and didn’t know how to get closer to the kids；however, we plucked up the courage to talk to them.What surprise us was that they not only talk about things they do but also their interest ,therefore we get to know them better.During the class, they volunteer to answer the questions and focus on what we teached.Although sometimes they are a bit out of control,but we really enjoy the time together.

There were three nervous girls dress up like hyperbolic performers. They were ready for a cheerleader competition. The white shirt they wore were tailored by themselves. They also worn mesh stockings inside the bright red pants. Their hairstyles were designed by a talened teammate. Because of the requirement for the competition, they put some fancy make-up on their faces. Therefore , the audiences could see them more clearly.

Although praticed thousands of times, they still seemed nervous. One of them even could not smile normally. Since they did not participate this kind of competition before, they prepared very carefully and nervously. On that day, they were the most grandiose performers of all teams. Meanwhile, they got the biggest applause fron the audiences.They also took many photos to commemorate their fancy and crazy style of dress.

This is a picture I took for my brother on the plane.

I went to visit my brother who was study in the United States. At that time, we found that the new coronavirus was getting worse and worse. Therefore,my parents worried the epidemic will getting worse and worse, we flew back to Taiwan quickly. Both of my brother and I are fear of the virus, so we put on goggles, N95 masks and medical gloves. We even dare to take off the masks to eat on the plane,so we have hungry for 14 hours until arrive Taiwan . Because of the virus , the business class is twice more expensive than original price. In order to return Taiwan safely, this was the only way what we can did.

I hope that the epidemic about the disease can improve quickly ,then we can back to the beginning of our life.

I will pray for the world that we can beat the virus together.

The photo was taken during a Christmas 2019 gift exchange with members of the basketball team. The team is the men's basketball team of the English department. Standing in the middle wearing all black is me. We are very close to each other as a team. Every Christmas we have a gift exchange. This is the fourth time we have exchanged gifts together. Every Christmas we will choose a restaurant that everyone likes to eat together and exchange gifts. This time we chose a hot pot restaurant to exchange gifts. Everyone prepared the gifts with great care, and everyone was very happy throughout the whole process. Spending Christmas with them in Taiwan can make a deep impression on me.

I completely changed my personality because of my grandpa. He taught me lots of things to be a better person. I was raised by my grandparents in my childhood. My grandpa took care of me very carefully. I was a naughty girl, and I usually played out of control, but he still showed his patience and was nice to me. Sometimes I thought that he was an angel on the ground.

I did not like animals when I was little; but after I saw my grandpa taking a bone out of a stray dog’s throat, I changed. In the past, I considered that animals were all dangerous and unfriendly. I did not know that those stray dogs and cats were thrown by their owners. They didn’t have places to live, and even nothing to eat. My grandpa told me that we should help others if we have enough abilities. He wasn’t afraid of being biting by them. He only wanted to help them. The dog which was helped by my grandpa come to my house regularly to stay with him. I learned how to be a kind person from him. It seemed that they have a strong connection with each other. I was touched by them. And I also learned to be a kind person.

My grandpa is always nice to everyone, and also his family members. We are usually polite to someone weren’t familiar with. But we sometimes acted impatiently to our parents or lovers. My grandpa said that family is the most important thing in our life. We need to cherish it. We couldn’t do anything to hurt them or we will regret someday. After he told me this principle, every time I had arguments with my mom or sister, I communicated with them calmly. I reminded myself that I should not say mean words.

My grandpa never punished me. Except once I lied to him. One day, I was playing toys with my sister. I dropped her toys and they were broken. But I didn’t admit for the first time. I said that I didn’t touch her toys. And then my grandpa asked my sister. She told him that she saw me dropping her toys with her own eyes. My grandpa got mad and asked me to stand by the wall for one hour. I think that I was shocked by that experience. So I don’t lie to others anymore. I believe that honesty is the best policy now.

After my grandpa died, I thought about what he said to me again and again. The little lessons and changes during my childhood eventually made a big change to me. I determined to be a kind and honest person like him. My original personality was totally changed by him.

Changing something can change your whole life. I was always afraid to make some change because I must spend lots of time to adapt it. But I still wanted to get out of my comfort zone. It was an important decision that I've ever made. So the biggest change in my life was to transfer to the English Department at Providence University. 

My English skills are better than in the past since I made this change. It was a new challenge for me, because I was major in Interior Design as a freshman at other campuses. So it was hard to catch up with other classmates. In this new environment, I had more chances to improve my English skills, including speaking and writing. I choose a course which was called English oratorical training. The teacher gave me lots of various homework, like made our own shoes which could only make by natural ingredients. I needed to pretend that I was a seller to introduce my product and tried to convince my classmates to buy it. Besides, I also choose a course which was called beginning English composition. The teacher taught me grammar and many writing skills. I didn't know these things before I took this course.

I became the loner on the new campus. Being a loner made me feel depressed. I was no longer have many friends. It also meant I needed to do everything on my own, even if I didn't understand what to do. Hence I must concentrate on the class, and this was very helpful for me to improve my English skills. 

In a nutshell, although it was a hard decision to make this change in my life. However, I didn't feel regretful to it. To choose what I love the most is very important, no matter how difficult it is. Actually, my English skills and social are better than in the past. But I still need to practice more until I catch up with other classmates and have good English skills to find a job which is related to English after graduation.

Have a afternoon tea with my best friend in the wonderful evening

Last Sunday I have a afternoon tea with my best friend. We ordered lots different kinds of desserts.All of dessert we ordered are very flavorful,you can see fresh apple pie and creamy caramel cinnamon roll it is scrumptious! That’s my everytime favorite. Banana pudding with blackberry is newest product that never see before.sour mix sweet that’s the amazing!the drinks in here I also recommend it special types of drinks is pink lemonade.

I have a friend. Saying that she is my friend, it would be better to say that she is my soulmate. At first, our friendship was based on skipping classes. Later on, we talked about our past stories that were too late for us to participate in and the infinite possibilities of the future. The topic of our talks are always weird, we always chat in an abnormal way, which is just understood by us. She is really nice to me. Whenever I call her, she will always accompany me, when I forget to bring something, she sends it to me right away. In addition, when I am in a bad mood, she will always bring me joy and make me happy. I think I don't need much friends, but I need a sincere friend.

A change in your life

After studying at college, I learn about self-management, for there is no one to remind and supervise me all the time. Therefore, I have to arrange daily routines in an organized way, and keep myself safe and healthy.

I take time, order, and efficiency as important considerations of my plans. I usually write down the things that I have to fulfill in my daily planner. In addition, the more urgent affairs are arranged to finish earlier. However, everything is unpredictable that I change my plans, according to the situations; I also feel very hard to find a balance between my break time and study time. That is to say, I need to consult others, and take their suggestions as references.

I am cautious about the places, the time, and the traffic conditions when I go outside because there is no one holding my hand, and notice the traffic conditions for me. I tend to wait for the signal seconds, which shows on the traffic lights, until the time is enough for me to walk across the roads; besides, I walk at a moderate speed with my eyes watching for the turning cars. On the other hand, I will refuse my classmates' invitations about going out if the time is too late, or the destinations are not appropriate for me. 

Living in a healthy lifestyle has also become my own business. I am a little bit annoyed with that. First of all, I often stand in front of the cashier's counter, and hesitate about the meals I would like to order. When I want to eat some unhealthy foods, the struggles in my heart make me feel painful. In addition, It is until I live outside that I have more concern on the Calories I will consume. Especially when I buy foods in convenience stores, I will look at the nutrition labels to decide whether I should buy them. Second, As a student owning a few goals, I sometimes stayed up late to study. If I have only a few things to do, I will go to bed earlier than usual as much as possible. Third, I sometimes go for a walk with a friend on the weekends. Although it's not possible to exercise every day, I grasp some opportunities to do it. Exercise makes me relieved from the stress, and concentrate on studying more easily. 

Learning self-management is a change in my life, which represents that I am more independent than before. I believe that self-management is a significant issue for anyone, since you can't be outstanding in your jobs if you have no abilities of managing your lives. Thus, the change is a little bit hard, but also useful.
