I want to describe the food in the middle of the picture. It’s my first time to ate ICHIRAN RAMEN, I wouldn’t forget the taste of the ramen. Specially, in this store I could customize the texture which I want. First, the soup tasted rich but not too strong that I didn’t need to drink too much water. Second, the meats tasted soft and tender which melted in my mouth. Third, the chili powder on the top of the ramen is the icing on the cake. It’s added the abundance of the soup. Finally, the spirit of the ramen which are the noodles. I could feel the noodles are hand-made because of ㄘㄛthe noodles tasted chewy and irresistible.
