1.此次「法務部開會通知單」（102年9月30日，法律字第10203510820號）所附〈法務部「同性伴侶法制化意見交流座談會」計畫書〉之「會議目的」明言：「依據『公民與政治權利國際公約、經濟社會文化權利國際公約中華民國初次報告國際審查會議結論意見』第78點意見，我國現行法律缺乏對婚姻家庭多樣性之認可，且只有異性婚姻受到認可而不包括同性婚姻或同居關係，因此，國外專家認為未規範同性伴侶組成家庭之權利，是對同性伴侶的歧視，並否定了同性夫婦或同居伴侶的權益保障」，故如何回應此兩公約之國際審查意見，乃此次座談之目的。

「臺灣同性婚姻法制化之調查研究」焦點座談會發言稿
有關同性伴侶或同性婚姻應否法制化，我已於去年（2012）4月14日受邀參加臺北大學戴瑀如教授召開之「同性伴侶法制化專家諮詢會議」之發言稿〈論法律應保障的性關係與婚姻制度：兼論同性伴侶法制化的法理疑議〉一文[1]中有清楚的論述。本發言稿不重覆前文論述，僅就座談會所擬討論問題表示意見。
1.所謂「同性婚姻」（same-sex marriage），即同性別者所締結的婚姻。這是否為婚姻？要回答這個問題，就要先定義什麼是婚姻。
「婚姻」（marriage）意指，締結的男女雙方誓願相互委身，彼此忠誠，樂於共同生養兒女，建構家庭，維繫倫常秩序，以實現人性價值與生命意義的盟約關係（covenantal relationship）...... （繼續閱讀）文章出處連結

is a Thesis? What does a ‘Working Thesis’ Do?
1. “The
thesis statement declares the main point or controlling idea of your entire
essay” (Wyrick
32).[1]
2. a concise solution to the issue being addressed.
3. “Frequently
located near the beginning of a short essay, the thesis answers these
questions: ‘What is the subject of this essay?’ ‘What is the writer’s opinion
on this subject?” What is the writer’s purpose in this essay? (to explain
something? To argue a position? To move people to action? To entertain?” (32).
4. “A
working thesis statement can be your most valuable organizational tool. Once
you have thought about your essay’s main point and purpose, you can begin to
draft your paper to accomplish your goals.
Everything in your essay should support your thesis” (32).

many writers, getting started is the hardest part. You may have noticed that
when it is time to begin a writing assignment, you suddenly develop an enormous
desire to straighten your books, water your plants, or sharpen your pencils for

《理解的應許》(The Promise of Understanding) BY 柯志明 (Immanuel Chih-Ming Ke)
本書是我對聖經及解經的一些思想，由六篇文章集結而成，除首篇〈理解聖經〉完成於今年外，其餘五篇都寫於2001年冬天到2005年夏天之間。這六篇文章可分為兩類：第一類是三篇純然討論聖經詮釋之相關問題的論文，多在公開會議發表；第二類是二篇回應中原大學宗教研究所曾慶豹教授的文章與一篇批判臺灣長老會「新眼光讀經運動」的論文，都為批判而寫。這六篇論文充滿辯論氣味，可反應某些臺灣教會處境與局部神學氛圍。
這些論文代表我對解經或聖經詮釋的努力與學習，也可算是在臺灣延續路德與加爾文等改教家所樹立之聖經傳統的一種奮鬥。既稱為奮鬥，就有對抗的勢力。

《尊貴的人、婚姻與性》(Honorable Man, Marriage, and Sex) BY 柯志明 (Immanuel Chih-Ming Ke)
這本小書由五篇稿子組成。除了第一篇，其餘四篇都是我在2008年出版《愛之義：婚姻性愛倫理神學文集》之後應邀對婚姻、愛情與性議題的公開發言文字。雖然我決定在出版《愛之義》之後不再對此議題公開發言，但看來似乎很困難，臺灣的同性戀運動者們行徑日漸猖狂，我被迫無法對此沉默，必須為我所持守的信仰與思想立場發言，並為建構臺灣社會的美好將來盡我的公民責任。
第一篇〈同性戀主義文化與同性戀論述之批判〉，是《愛之義》中〈反-同性戀主義〉一文的兩節文字，主要在指陳當代同性戀文化的氣焰，並駁斥同性戀主義論述；節錄於此的目的，在於以一般理性論證同性戀為什麼不好與不對。第二篇〈愛情、婚姻與人的尊貴生命〉，是2010年10月4日我應邀在臺灣大學生命教育研發育成中心之學術社群的小組會議中回應陳立言教授的回應稿。第三篇〈論法律應保障的性關係與婚姻制度：兼論同性伴侶法制化之法理疑議〉，是今年（2012）4月14日應臺北大學法律學系戴瑀如教授之邀參加「同性伴侶法制化專家諮詢會議」的發言稿。第四篇〈何謂真愛：《聖經》的愛情教訓與對愛情主義的批判〉，是2011年9月27日應邀在臺灣基督長老會教育委員會之「生命教育與性別教育」事工研討會中所作的一個演講之講稿。第五篇〈守護尊貴的人與性是基督徒的責任：回應關啟文教授的演講〉，是今年（2012）5月20日應校福音團契之邀在「消失的性別界限：多元性別潮流中基督徒的堅持與回應」座談會中回應香港浸會大學關啟文教授演講的文字。
